2. Data we collect

• Registration: name, email address
• Newsletter (via the newsletter form, or a separate optional box on the contact form, after you confirm by email): email address
• Payment: card details via Stripe
• Analytics: IP (anonymised), page views, Google Analytics
• Via the contact form: name, email and the text of your question

3. Purpose

• Service delivery and account management
• Newsletter sending (with consent)
• Payment and subscription management
• Content improvement (analytics)
• Answering your question (based on your consent)
• Sorting your question with the help of an AI service (Anthropic) — it receives only the subject and text of the question, never your name or contact details

4. Legal basis

GDPR art. 6(1)(a) — consent (newsletter, analytics); art. 6(1)(b) — contract performance (account, payment).

5. Retention

Account data — until deletion. Newsletter — until unsubscribe. Payments — 5 years (tax obligation).

Contact-form questions are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically.
